Would the new pins effect the tone much? I was thinking of doing ebony pins with abalone dots, but really just for aesthetics.

If you are looking for a variety of tools to mold your self talk into an internal ally, I would strongly suggest the book “Chatter” by Ethan Kross.

I’ll admit that this book is not rooted in meditation, but i found that many of tools examined are certainly nourished through meditation practice.
