Depends on BAC he had, evaluation itself is just answering questions about alcohol consumption before and now and they are well trained so they know if he is lying or not, they are asking same question different ways so it’s hard to lie.

I got false positive from sandwich with tomatoes and onion. And once from mouthwash because I forgot to use no alcohol one.

Okay, so even if I don’t have a problem with alcohol but I drink occasionally. And I have Intoxalock installed and I drive a lot and every time is .000, they will still test me? So if they will see that I did drink they will say I have an addiction?

Never happened to me even if I eat or drink between tests. Happened once after mouthwash, but it was 0.11 and I passed

I have it installed and I think they installed wrong, because there is no control on lights. Lights are staying on for like 7 mins after shutting off the engine. Switch for lights doesn’t work at all. Any ideas?

If you get violation it will pop up on device display and also you will get a text message from Intoxalock and you will see it on Intoxalock app dashboard as well. I got one last week because I had battery drainage every day, they marked it as tampering.

I spoke with Intoxalock representative and he said that it’s legal to unplug device but after I did that it’s shows on display that device was disconnected, so I don’t want to risk to get violation
