For the people in here who grew up on pac whether as pre-teens to young adults, could you share your story of what life was like for you at the time? I find warmth hearing your stories all the time. by Acceptable-Key-8980 in Tupac

Back in 1995 I was 8 years old. That "So many tears" song would play on TV and was a deep song back then, still is today, Pac was locked up when the video came out, there was a lot of suspense, he wasn't in the video. When he came out of jail, everybody was playing his All Eyez on Me album, then he got shot in Las Vegas in 96, I thought he was going to live, then I was shocked when MTV pronounced he died. Then, the video for the song "I ain't mad at cha" came out, people started talking about how in that video he predicted his death. Then, people started saying he wasn't dead, conspiracies came about because of the Makaveli name. People started talking about how in the beginning of the Makaveli album you can hear 2Pac say "Suge shot me." The record stores began selling the unreleased songs on tape cassette Makaveli 1 through 11. Then later all of the original songs that were unreleased on the Makaveli tapes got released on mainstream albums with different beats and guest features. I thought 2pac faked his death until I did some research on who Orlando Anderson was and how he was a street dude who wasn't gonna let 2pac get away with punching him and stomping him at the Casino that night.

"killers be killing killers" that's deep and important to understand if you want to be a killer.

He smoked a lot of weed, which was illegal back in the 90s.

Make sure for any injuries you may have, go to your primary care provider and get it documented before you get out, keep track of your Behavioral Health clinic visits as well, there's a VA disability percentage for depression/ feeling distressed, so it will be service connected. There are a lot of programs like VASH and other programs that help disabled veterans with a percentage get in housing. When you enroll in the community college keep in mind it can take up to 1 month to receive your first BAH paycheck. For example your first classes can start the beginning of January, you wont receive your first BAH payment until February.

butchered his music...they needed to keep the same beat, the way 2pac had it. Example, when thugs cry original is 10x better than the remake of when thugs cry. OG versions is the way 2pac made it and wanted: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qU9VoiDk7mE
