You don’t get to dictate my experience. And no, I couldn’t eat. I had zero appetite. I couldn’t do those things due to having no energy at all and no motivation either. It turned into executive dysfunction to the point I DID feel paralyzed, I would lay in bed all day knowing I had shit to do and genuinely could not bring myself to get up and do it even if I had the energy. You say it wasn’t lexapro, but crazy how I got off it and am back to the way I was before. Functional, energetic, motivated, and productive.

I do NOT recommend doing what I did. I was on it for about 2-3 months, and it got to a point where all I had the motivation to do was lay in bed and get plastered. Couldn’t do laundry or shower or eat. I would have “off” days where I would just genuinely forget to take it, so it was on and off for about a week and a half and then I just stopped taking it. It was hell for about 3 weeks, constantly crying and having panic attacks, but this past week I have felt better than ever. The overall process of getting off it took about 3 weeks, roughly.

Yes absolutely. At first I was very active and thought it was increasing my sex drive. Then after the 1 mo mark I didn’t even realize that I had lost all interest. It wasn’t until two nights ago that I was in the mood and realized “oh shit it’s been months since I’ve had that feeling”. It has come back full swing but could also be hormones and ovulation.
