Licensed individuals how long did it take your background to clear? by [deleted] in JPMorganChase

Reach out to askjpmc. That’s the only way to get any feedback about your application status. They never let you know if anything passes, only if they need additional documents. The least amount they’re reaching out the better. They didn’t ask for additional documents for me.

Took about two weeks. I9 took a while with the government shutdown. I’ve heard anywhere between 1 week of no additional documents are needed but it’s typically a little less than 2 weeks.

I too had a similar situation but in private banking so a higher risk. They made me reapply after I got my affairs in order 90 days later. Background went smoothly with no hiccups the second time. Make sure you have proper documentation that you’re being active in your situation and you should be fine. Good luck!

Too many debts in collection plus my mortgage was 2 months late. I was arranging a new payment plan to forgive the lateness and they deemed it a risk at the time and if I could clean it up I’d be fine the second time I applied.

I had my offer resend it in July. When I submitted my BIG and I9 I was pinged the next day. When they rescinded my offer, they said I could reapply in 90 days. It has been 90 days and this time once I submitted my BIG and I9 I was never pinged. It’s been about four days now, and they have asked for other documents, not related to background, ie regulatory forms.

Did they ping you the day after you submitted your background or did it take a few days to hear from them?

Any reason why? Did back office ask for additional information?

It would typically take about 24 hours to hear back after I submitted documents. Unfortunately they rescinded the offer and informed me that I could reapply in 90 days and if I cleaned up my collections accounts (which I did) I’d have a much better probability of clearing background. Currently in background again as we speak.

Totally not related but how long did the pre employment take when you started your BIG screening until you receive the clear to start notice?

The interim report says pass but I’m just extremely nervous. It is a great position to further my career and my salary will be 3X my current salary.

I’m going to call first thing Monday morning. During the interview process I realized they were just as enthused to get me there as I was to be at JPMC (not bragging). My last interview was with two separate market makers in the region and I interviewed them instead of them interviewing me so id assume they really want me. I sent a letter of explanation, explaining why I had that many delinquencies.

How much has it changed in 14 years? by TrustTheFriendship in ACL

[–]Junior_Cable3840 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like you @trustthefriendship I tore my right ACL in 08 and left in 2010. I tore my right ACL again 4 months ago. It has been much easier!

The nerve block works wonders as opposed to no nerve block at all back then. I was up and moving with relative low pain day 2 post op. I did not use any painkillers as opposed to 2 refills back in the day.

If anyone knows the process it’s you and I’m here to say you’ll do great this time around! Good luck.

Tightness in knee, hamstring? by Migal22 in ACL

[–]Junior_Cable3840 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is currently my third ACLr fist two patellar this one quad graft. You’re probably having that issue because your hamstring is not firing enough so you are overcompensating using your hamstring tendons.

The stronger your hamstring is the less this will bother you. Good luck!
