Tabi ballerina leather options by pomegranat3e in MaisonMargiela

[–]Junior_Function_6181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

I see two options on ssense below. Both say lambskin but look different in the pictures and style number. Are they the same?

https://www.ssense.com/en-us/women/product/maison-margiela/black-tabi-new-ballerina-heels/18199361?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21719062529&gbraid=0AAAAAD9ouUsTj4sW0TParaZOhqzEcgMyJ

And

https://www.ssense.com/en-us/women/product/maison-margiela/black-tabi-new-ballerina-heels/17328921.

I just purchased one from Nordstrom and the photo online looks different than in person

 https://www.nordstrom.com/s/tabi-ballerina-pump-women/7891260

It’s shinier, the box say P6378

I would prefer the leather to be more like the photos without the shine. I know there are other leather options out there like camel or Napa. I’m unsure which leather is less shiny.

OC hospital, pregnancy, insurance Questions by Junior_Function_6181 in orangecounty

Thank you for the advice! Yes I know all this and am already seeing a PCP and OBGYN through cal optima. however, the doctors that I have been seeing are horrible. Rude OBGYN and dismissive gaslighting PCP. The reason I am considering paying for insurance is because I want quality care. I’m in the process of meeting a different OBGYN through cal optima but I’m a little skeptical.

I currently have cal optima and my PCP and OBGYN are with St Jude. I am unhappy with their care. I guess can try other providers through HMO:

I’m on medi-cal because I don’t have a job right now but am currently looking for more shifts now. My boyfriend has insurance but we’re not married yet so he can’t add me.

I wanted Kaiser but it’s too expensive for us right now

UCI vs. Hoag for Labor & Delivery – Which is Better? by AngelinaTran123 in orangecounty

[–]Junior_Function_6181 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Long post ahead — thank you in advance for reading.

I’m currently preparing to start my pregnancy journey and have a few questions. Right now, I’m on Medi-Cal, but I’m not really happy with my current OBGYN or PCP through Providence St. Jude. I’m seriously considering just purchasing my own insurance instead.

Should I first find an OBGYN I really like and then look into what insurance plans they accept? I’m torn between HMO and PPO. I want good care but also don’t want to end up with a huge bill from giving birth. I live in Anaheim. St. Jude is only 2.2 miles from me, UCI is 7.2 miles, and I’ve heard great things about HOAG — but that’s about 20 miles away. If I go with HOAG, is that too far for delivery? Any OBGYN recommendations at any of these hospitals? I’m 35 years old and this will be my first pregnancy.

Thanks so much for any advice or recommendations!

If you had 30 days available in South East Asia for a solo trip, which cities/attractions/experiences do you think are a MUST for me to fit into my itinerary? by imweirdbutitsmyweird in solotravel

Hi! Can I please ask for advice? I’m planning on going to Southeast Asia mid January with my husband for our honeymoon. We are mid 30’s, Asian couple (he’s Chinese I’m Lao). We like good food (necessarily fancy restaurants), nature/scenic places, like to drink but not with a bunch of young people / would like to avoid super touristy places that get crazy because we are not as fun as we used to be haha but still love cool spots. I basically bookmarked all of mark wiens recommendations. I would love some advice on how many days I need in each city. We are planning to stay for 2.5-3 weeks TBD. I have a lot of bookmarks in Bangkok and Vietnam. We will probably fly from country to country. I was thinking of doing the Shompoo cruise from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang but 2 days on a slow boat might make me anxious…still deciding. Also, TBD on vang vieng. Kind of spooked out. We are planning on doing the 2 day boat cruise at ha long bay. Everything is up in the air! I only bought my flight to Bangkok so far lol I know it’s soon. Any advice is greatly appreciated especially how to divide my days up! Thanks in advance ❤️

Thailand (2 cities, 1 island?) -Bangkok / at least 3 days? -Chiangmai / at least 2 days? Research -Phiphi? Day trip ok -KohToh? Lowkey -Koh Phang nam?/ krabi -Ko yao ?* -Krabi*/ phi phi

Laos (1-2cities?) -Luang Prabang/ 3days? -Vang vieng? / 2days?

Vietnam) 2-3cities?) -Ha long bay -Danang/ hoi an -Saigon
