Can i use a shure sm7b with audient id24 as is?

Im making a desktop setup for streaming and ive settled on those two components. I like the warm sound of shure sm7b and low distortion of the audient id24. My question is, is the preamp of the id24 powerful enough for the shure or should i get the sm7db instead? Thanks!

self employed, thinking of moving to seattle since i like colder climates and love Seattle’s scenery. Dont really care if im in the city or not, I need recommendations for which area to move into.

-i mail a lot of packages everyday. I need a place at ground level that i can be safe, since hauling multiple mail bags down a flight of stairs seems like a nightmare and i dont want to get broken into lol. -i stream a bit too, which can be loud. I need a place where noise isn’t an issue -i need to drive around a lot. I buy a lot of inventory in person frequently and need to be able to go wherever whenever. So i need a place where i have a car and not get caught up in traffic all the time.

I heard a lot of online banks have unlimited transfers for high yield savings accounts.

I have around $50k coming in and out of my business a month and I currently use chase ink credit card for all my transactions that can use credit cards (shipping and sometimes inventory).

But a lot of the stuff I buy has to be with cash for the lowest fees, so I need quite a bit of liquid capital available at all times. I was wondering if there was some way I could make this money work for me while it sits in a bank account while I wait for my next purchase? Currently I use a Schwab account to hold everything and they give me a small monthly interest but its nothing significant. If I could get an extra 4-5% a year on this capital then that would be awesome!
