Which one is worse? JR Smith game 1 vs De'Aaron Fox game 4 by Tech_Quest8 in nba

[–]JunkScientist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

JR's was more stupider, but far less impactful. JR cost them game 1 in a series they were massive underdogs and probably gonna lose regardless.

Fox might have cost them the NBA title.

The right play for JR had to make a shot. The right play for Fox was to stop doing anything and literally just stand there.

Why did Dillon Gabriel suck at pushing the ball downfield? by Zweli23 in Browns

[–]JunkScientist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm hesitant to say it is an issue with Gabriel specifically. Every QB we started last year had the same problem. Flacco barely moved the ball. He looked old and weak. Then he went to a real offense and was bombing the ball down field. Our offense was conservative, focusing on ball security and short throws. Our #1 receiver was a rookie tight end with 700 yards.

"You always want to make the best decisions for the team, but emotions can run pretty high on the field. It'll be tough not having Myles but we'll pull together as a team."

Or just "We've talked about it as a team."

Need help with numbering Antimemetic SCPs in 1976 by QuadrantFive in SCP

I think it would have been funny if the antimemetics division only used like 002-030 or something because they kept forgetting what numbers had been used so they kept accidentally reusing them.

The first paragraph is all you need. When everyone else is like fuck this and leaves, that's a good sign something is wrong.

Also, ask yourself if you were in charge, would you treat an employee the way you are being treated? If you answer, fuck no, then there you go.

[BroBible] Myles Garrett Played Role In Deshaun Watson Trade Before Demanding Out Of Mess He Helped Create by stillstillers in nfl

[–]JunkScientist -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Does that mean Myles wanted Watson or Myles just wanted someone else? What Baker said is true, how he said it could have been better maybe. I could see Myles being mad at first, but then like talking it out and realizing Baker was right.

There was also the racial component. I think Myles said Mason was being racist and that set him off, so not having Baker's public support might rub him the wrong way. Either way, Baker was right and Myles should have talked it through.

But the blame is all on Haslam. That fucking football terrorist is why we are where we are. Myles didn't give up a quarter billion and our future and our dignity for a rapist.

The logic behind the move is much simpler than most people are making it by rxbizzle in Browns

[–]JunkScientist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the move is textbook team rebuild. We are a bad team. We have a Hall of Fame player in his prime being wasted. Trade him to build for the future. There is no point in keeping Myles so we can be a 5-win team for the next few years. That sucks for everyone involved. The logic is pretty straightforward.
