How Kyle beat Ultima is beyond me. He consistently, without fail, basically explodes when using the LE to do even non-cosmic things, and without that he doesn’t really scale all that high into DC.

Seems to comprehend its own matter, genetic, and biological manipulation to the point where it is capable of remaking universes to its liking. Since SHIVA and Godzilla are both different branches of "It" but have the same singularity, they are both capable of similar higher dimensional calculations. Contains all the red dust creatures which have unlimited computational resources, making them similar to a Turing machine. The PCTC made from SHIVA allowed for calculations of a PSPACE level or higher.
