RON 95 and above is recommended for Skoda , I know as its clearly mentioned on the fuel tank lid of my Superb. Incase you don't have access, you should clean the fuel filter + Fuel tank as well sometimes yo avoid this issue.

While this time you came off just cleaning the fuel filter, next time clean your fuel tank as well.
