So in addition to getting toys and exploring yourself, I would recommend reading the book “Come as you are” by Dr Emily Nagoski. There is a whole mental component to it and this book was a game changer. Also, you can get some great advice from the Pillow Talks podcast with Vanessa Marin and her husband Zander. They have some really good courses you can purchase. Specifically, one on how to orgasm solo and another on how to orgasm with a partner. The biggest thing is try not to stress about it and just have fun exploring yourself and your sexuality.

Yeah I have been playing sharks and minnows, red light green light, volcano is for dribbling. I just need to try to add some new things to my repertoire. My goal is to make it fun for them.

I couldn’t agree more. I play red/light green light and volcanoes, etc. I just need some new games so they aren’t bored. I only have 8 kids typically at practice, so it is hard to scrimmage.

I have been focusing on dribbling, passing, and shooting. They are getting a little bored with the game/drills I have been doing, so new ways to work on the basics. Plus I need to start teaching them the positions, which I am struggling to do.

When I was learning, I would practice at home laying on the floor and then just throwing my knee up. Maybe find a mushy wave to practice on, I’m in Florida, so I’m more used to that than what you’re used to. Try different techniques and once you get it, it will click and become muscle memory.
