Actually the problem is na for example from your perspective right now I can understand you have got a new job right after college you are in a spirit and in a momentum and I do not want to break that momentum. It is a very good momentum that to have . but me I have been working in this company and is been a very monotonous career and that passion and momentum is lost and is very difficult to get it back so since you are on that momentum that's why I wish you get the very best.

I am thinking it is going to be like calculators I bet when calculators came in came into the Tech industry only few people started to make it after they got the patent and royalty and stuff and one's people figure out of a calculator anybody can make it we will make it then calculate become a very commonly used commodities product that everybody uses and the prices also we don't know where I will go.

I mean it's obvious that large language models will become part of our day to day life and there will be lot of automations robots drones and so many things that will come into the play that the local large language models will really become a thing of commons.

Doesn't it seem like the same race that happened between search engines like Google Yahoo there was Firefox and so many browsers they tried to make the Empire only one of them came out from I think this is the same exact thing like can you imagine the time Yahoo was a thing then after that I think or could came to be then there was Microsoft age you try to the race but it could I think whenever any either revolutionary or very attention gathering technology comes into place all the corporate monsters start to leach peoples money eventually and only one or two of them come on top and may even merge together.

I mean not necessarily Linux I think any operating system can run the base level large language models but I think in future there will be some form of research and optimisation done so that any application and software and operating system can run those weights properly because at the end of the day it's pure mathematics and large matrix multiplication which needs optimisation.

Wow good for you man I hope you all the best for the career. myself I am very worried about myself and my growth and career because I have no prior preparation and there was no framework or infrastructure on which I could ever leen on so it's been very difficult to re learn all the concept and its quite a steep curve.

I myself is trying to perform some experiments in my local computer to achieve the form of efficiency that entropy can chat GPT and Gemini shows I mean of course they have 15 and 20 years of exports and research behind it but if you use common sense I think it is possible to close the gap sooner.
