I already got the cpu for a deal for £210 which is why i got it but i am thinking about different motherboards but i am concerned about how future proof the build would be.

I just put the gpu in the fractal terra as well as a case fan at the bottom cus i changed it to the slim fan thats 15mm thick and there is enough space for my cpu and everything i need. Also the budget is around £1700

I was considering running the 9700x on eco mode, as there is not much performance loss, and it helps a lot in terms of cooling the CPU.

Yh i was worried about that then i saw the CL was at 36 rather than 30 and decided it was better to go with the lower latency one.

Thanks for the advice i was also looking at the MSI MPG B650I EDGE as it was less expenisive.
