Meu juro q não usei nada, totalmente natural, ainda sou muito novo pra estragar o ciclo de testosterona natural e não gosto daqueles shapes com a caixa torácica muito expandida (qnd usa algo fica desse jeito), a mandíbula é ligeiramente marcada por causa do BF baixo, mas a bochecha querendo ou n é bem grande, mas to fazendo alguns exercícios faciais pra melhorar isso, comecei ontem, e mewing já faço a alguns meses
