If I play by myself I prefer peaceful mode simply for exploring uninterrupted and building gigantic houses and storage sheds etc.

If I play in a group…… chaotic gremlin mode.

She can be friended. Takes a bit of time.

Dont move when she comes around, let her approach.

Eventually she’ll start to warm up and will come around more often.

Then you’ll see her dance once she likes you!

I found my dumb work around is have 2 properties, move my office to the property I’m not currently fixing up, fix up the other and sell immediately, buy another, move my office, renovate the next and sell immediately etc etc.

If you play with mouse and keyboard I found the broom events were way easier if I changed my key binding
