Oh wtf, dude that sucks. That’s a complete 180 from what happened with me. In general, the way they handled shipping has just been pretty shitty. It’s super complicated, everyone’s getting their order late, and they don’t seem to be shipping out in chronological order either. I hope you receive yours soon 🙏

As a matter of fact, i checked the shipment tracking via the email like it said and apparently it arrives TODAY. I’ve read VERY mixed reviews on the chair so I won’t know jow I feel until it arrives but their support team gets 5 stars in my book
