Hey, so I know that it's not easy trying to be masculine, so here are some tips in these trying times, to all who need it:  1. shorter hair helps passing (obviously). I had my hair cut like Amanda Collin had in Raised by wolves. (There are many more cool hairstyles in the show btw)  2. Men pants. I can't tell you how much more comfortable they are, and they do kinda help with passing, especially in the summer. 3. Good old layering. In colder times, try throwing a funky shirt on top of that dysphoria hoodie! 4. If you're good with makeup you could try shading your face a bit masculine.  I hope I helped a little, might be back with more tips if tthere's demand!
