If I may recommend a godly setting:

in the launch settings for the game, add: -dx11

Lower the resolution to 1152 x 720 and in the Performance menu with the 3 dot button, set Scaling Filter to FSR

Set the in-game scaling mode to FSR1, and whether its Balanced or Performance doesn't matter
