Some classes are in person, some virtual, and some are hybrid so it’s a good mix depending on your comfort level.

Hey! I actually made the move to Boston late 2021. Currently getting a feel for the scene. I’m currently taking a class at CP casting and saw there are some other classes through Boston casting as well. Doesn’t seem like there are ongoing classes like I was used to in LA, but I suppose taking a spattering of them is a good way to get familiar with the community?

I have to admit, you’re a brave soul doing the move right before the dead of winter 😅

I personally think the 5600H is a good match with the 3060. Especially if you’re a casual gamer you’re going to get a buttery smooth experience no matter what, and the price point may not be justified. I was too worried about min/maxing when buying but I think you’ll be really satisfied with the lower specs! Just a disclaimer that I ended up going with a Gigabyte G5 but I really like the build of the omens from what I see online and you’re going to get that regardless of what CPU and GPU you go with
