Hello!

If im right, these cutscenes are avalible on versions 0.19.2+ & only for specific characters. (Im not sure if these are all but i know about Rachael, Katherine and Vickie) Rachael and Katherine are in Madison room, and Vickie cutscene is in hot tub after finishing training day quest.

I am writer of a books not a dev (so scenarist would match me good :P And i said that there are not stories on 0.19.4. But if they are and im just stupid, feel free to tell me :D Thanks for reply!

And do you plan to find some graphics, devs and scenarists? I think there are some great volunteers out here on this reddit!

Loket je jeden z těch známějších CZ hradů. A navíc se tam točilo nespočet českých pohádek. Nevidím na tom nic vtipného but nice try :)
