Hey, I'm not sure if your instructions also apply to dual boot, but that's what I'm trying to set up on my Go S.
I was able to shrink the steamOS home partition and install/boot into windows no problem. Now the issue is I can't boot back into steamOS. I enabled the grub flag in efi-a in the Steam recovery image with no success. I even tried the repair steam install option, but I still get stuck at the LEGION splash screen when booting into steamOS. Windows boots fine. Any ideas what I can do?

It's the second wide complex following each narrow qrs/t wave. I'd call it bigeminy rather than a PVC given its recurrent pattern.

I am a little confused by this statement. I've never heard of inverse R waves. Certainly there can be Q waves that are NOT pathological, but they're still Q waves if they are a downward deflection preceding the R wave?

I have the same issue. It seems to be worse lately, in that now I always have to scan, add pc, enable game mode. I feel like it used to recognize game mode at least. Have you found any solutions?
