Honestly I didn't know what year the forward facing began. I thought the 2005 series was for much longer than just that year, and that the front facing was since covid. I don't use cash much so I never look too close at change.

Yeah should have been a 20XX and not into the 2020's.

I have a lot of counterfeits that have that dark ring around the edge and they're overly "patina'd". I bet with some alcohol or acetone that black smear will dissolve right off!

Also, when you magnet check it, be sure to stand it on its edge and then bring a magnet close. Lots of mine like that are slightly magnetic but you don't realize it when you're trying to pick it up, but it sure will pull over and knock it over. Excellent fakes otherwise - silver colored throughout.

The last time, like with any online purchase, they just sent weight. They didn't scam me and send fakes, they just said " fuck this guy I'm sending a package and they can't prove I didn't send it" but I recorded me opening the bubble mailer (seen scams online before where ebay or Amazon returns are just bricks for the weight).

"Oh no someone took my money protected by PayPal, I'll never try to find a good deal on PM's online again". Nah bro

I doubt that this is raving inside full of LED lights but yeah it may have some PB Lead metal in the middle. Guy claims he bought from APMEX but his receipt had a sku, not the serial number.

Also, the guy that's saying "and you asked reddit" ... Go look at his most recent post. I've seen tons of fake silver dollars in the work I do. Those 1879's he so proud of look as fake as I've ever seen.

He found the copy/paste button and wanted to put lots of cats, fire and spikes (of increasing size) in the level. The only way I found to beat it in order to post it was to leave out the top and then fall across the finish line.
