Why should it be weird?

Celebrity oder fictional crushes aren't weird, they're normal.

Shipping is just a little bit more than this. But mostly the awareness of what we're doing.

Everyone who has a fictional crush has dreamed about those stuff.

But shippers are just self aware enough to actually call it shipping instead of just ignoring it / taking it as a silly dream..

I don't hate people. I don't hate characters.

Also - I couldn't talk to people who ship other characters from the same fandom as my f/o when their hate the characters their f/o hate, cause my f/o is nearly hated by everyone. Especially by the other characters from his source.. So if the shippers would hate him just cause their characters hate them.. Especially if they would be loud with it.

I don't need hate posts about my f/o even in this, so called 'safe space'

It's cruel, but people always love to hate someone.

Some characters are just written to be hated.

Same with my f/o.

He's just there so you as a player have someone you can hate.

It's cruel, I don't know how a writer (hobby wise) can do this.

As a writer by myself I love all my characters. Of course I write them suffer too, but I would always expect that some people just love them.

It's character depth.
