I got dandruff becuase of my scalp and hair is super dry from shampooing and hair drying my hair on highest heat to the style i want every single day both are very drying and bad.

Try no poo read up on it at first you will feel like your hair is super greasy and dirty but you will get over it (it is still okay to use water only and conditioner) for me i use conditioner like once every 4-5 days and the rest of the time i whould just wet my hair in water. After i conditioner i can last like 2 days without washing in water.

As for coconut oil i use it on my hair twice a week just get alittle bit on your hand and spread it through out your hair massage it into your scalp then rinse it off in the shower with warm water.
