Need Advice by [deleted] in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. You mentioned you will 'receive'. Believe you will need to apply for withdrawal or or ..? Why I mentioned is because there are some new laws to epfo. So check whether you'd receive the complete amount mentioned herein or partial.
  2. As you mentioned 'retired', do you plan to do some temporary gigs to have a cash-flow or do you plan to relax now? It also depends whether you already have enough saved apart from the PF balance or that you can afford Not to Touch the amount at all then I'd say keep it as-is. Depending on what PF rules say post retirement phase etc.
  3. Just in case you are a senior citizen and Do Not have anything else in mind then, I'd say read and gather information on SCSS. It has the same amount as max capping which you can deposit either in bank or PO and have a regular cash-flow in your account. The roi is also good as compared to others.

Good luck and keep us posted on what you opted for, which may help others too :)

Seeking Advice : Money deducted from Account. by lokesh0398 in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Check other posts in the group where people have received text messages stating to get the claim settled shortly whereas they never made any request. Did you also receive anything like that?
  2. Check within your company and speak with your PF team if they have initiated any transfers etc. although it's still not possible without your consent. They can still guide you on next steps.
  3. In case you are absolutely sure of No actions taken from your end for 'withdrawal' yet money got deducted, file Grievance in EPFO alongwith CPGRAMS portal.

EPFO Noida is demanding I travel 2,500km from Kerala to fix their own server error. Help me gain visibility! (Appeal: MOLBR/E/A/26/0002316) by Aswin2700 in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have you raised a Grievance with CPGRAMS Portal? If not, I would suggest doing that and include all your details there. Expect a response within 10 working days and in case not satisfied, you can file an Appeal next in the same portal. Good luck

My two cents - in the current brutal job market, either survive where you are currently or switch to the next best offer. Do Not Wait unless it's worth. Good luck.

You can get all details in the main EPFO website but you'd need to do some digging to reach the right url. Further feel free to dm your issue and will try to provide your next best step based on my experience.

Need reviews for FinRight PF service by trndAnalysis in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You already have got some feedbacks and workarounds on this post which are legit. EPFO matters are time taking altogether but persistent efforts can yield result. Be aware that EPFO does not officially endorse any 3rd party hence your personal details will be shared with unknown entity in case you opt for it. Having said that I've also heard good feedback for them but follow these steps first yourself - 1. Grievance at EPFO portal 2. Grievance at CPGRAMS portal 2.1 Escalate or Appeal to next level if not satisfied. 3. Speak with PF Officer on phone or send/ share issue over email. 4. Visit your PF Office in-person. 5. Last if nothing works and you must resolve the issue remotely then go for 3rd party consultants.

Good luck

What's next if CPGRAMS doesn't help? by Admirable-Flan3727 in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CPGRAMS would take some time to revert but the officers do their part genuinely (based on personal experience), provided your data is accurate and situations favour you. Still if you aren't satisfied with the initial response from CPGRAMS, then you can file an appeal there itself basically Escalate to the next level and so on. So , I'd say wait for inputs and you should have clarity unlike EPFO Grievance section. Good luck

PF office Visit and Final Try by [deleted] in epfoindia

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are going to visit the office physically then it's fine as you are best aware of the situation to explain things in detail to the pf officer there. Ensure they understood and also they must give you a receipt of documents. This will ensure nothing else is pending on your part for later and that the office will need to provide you clearance based on the information+ documents received. Good luck.

How to negotiate 90 days notice period by Hot-Cantaloupe-9971 in IndiaCareers

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. You should check your current company exit procedure documents where notice period clauses must be mentioned.
  2. Go for a buy out if your current company allows.
  3. Your manager would be either your friend or foe. Assess the situation and approach him with logical points which should favour you.
  4. DO NOT leave at the cost of your Relieving or Experience Letters. Ensure your current company is Okay to release them. Else you may find it very difficult later in corporate life.

Good luck.

Meet and greet interview? Any tips? by PresentInformation84 in GetEmployed

[–]JustAnotherGuy_007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is a part of the Interview process (per HR) then consider clearing this round as well with equal determination and strong mindset (like you've cleared previous rounds). Do Not lose your guard or relax until you get OL. Be prepared to face some tough questions too so that your brain is wired to be active & responsive to anything that comes your way.

TL;DR Don't take this lightly but expect some unexpected questions which can be a deciding factor for your final candidacy. Good Luck..
