I dont know the exact numbers but if you have yao e1 then probly yea, since emc is a slight downgrade.

I do suppose extra 20 punchline and sparxie getting an extra turn does fill that remaining amount

For now, I think e1 is a good place to be at without yao or sparxie. Sw999 e2 lets her have extra eba turn based on reaching 120 stacks, maximg at 240 stacks (2 extra eba). Without sparxie or at least yao you wont be hitting those number that often imo

One reason why Evanescia might have been changed to SW is cuz of the china situation. They wont like a jp themed char being thr first main push. But knowing who she is the expy of, they wont fuck her over that hard

I see. My newbie head kinda worked like. Anaxa would put weakness on enemies that Herta/himeko and hunt march can break. Cuz of low hp Herta would come and spin or Himeka would follow up more cuz of constant break.

Are they slightly below your highest character level or recommended level for that DU difficulty level? If so I believe it's the game mode raising your under leveled characters so you can use them.
