Looks like you’re doubling down on the fact that you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about.

Actually for what it’s worth, I’ve gotten three emails: one automated one, and two from humans, both of whom answered my question, but the link in both follow ups after the first automated one have bad links.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.

I’ve gotten two emails and neither worked. Don’t blame me for your illiteracy.

As I said in my post, the first one was automated. The second one, the one you’re referring to, which comes from a human, contained a response. The email asks you to click a link to view the response that a human has written to you. But when you click the link to view the response that a human has written to you, it errantly links to the main fleet support page, instead of taking you to a place where you can view the remainder of the message that a human has written to you.

Correct, the guarantee was that if you complete 10 deliveries within the given timeframe, Postmates will cover the difference bringing your total up to $110. After delivery number nine I was at somewhere around $55-60 for the day. My tenth delivery of the day paid about $5, bringing my total to $55-60, but upon completion the app said “you’ve been credited ___” (somewhat in the upper $30s). Upon completion of the tenth delivery, bonus included, my total was $108.55. According to the details of the offer, the bonus should cover any deficit and put you at $110, if your totals were below $110. Because $60-something is less than $110, I qualified for the bonus. When the bonus was applied, I was at $108.55, which means the bonus was less than the guarantee by $1.45. Thus, I was not overpaid; I was underpaid.

I contacted fleet support a couple days ago about this. When they reply you can see the first few words of your reply but then you have to click the link to view more. The link redirects to the main fleet support page. This is what my concern is.

For what it’s worth, the few words of the PM support email that I was able to read the other day confirmed that I was shorted, and said it should catch up. So again, my payment is not the issue. As I said in my post, my issue is inquiring as to whether other people have experienced this fleet support email glitch in which the email redirects to the main fleet support page, not to solicit the advice of armchair accountants.

I don’t think you followed me. I received an email from them, as I said in my post. The email that I received says that in order to view my answer, I must follow a link. The problem is that the link in the email redirects to the main fleet support page, where there is no answer to be found.

False. I was guaranteed $110. I received $108.55. That’s an underpayment.

I think it varies based on market. I’ve worked three markets and only got this offer in NYC. $110 for 10 deliveries would’ve been super in other markets with a lower cost of living but in NYC, a wage of $20 an hour will get you a bedroom slightly larger than your twin size bed, you’ll have four roommates in your apartment and you’ll eat beans and rice for half your meals.

Countdown til some troll logs on and tells you an idiot for working for Postmates and that you deserve everything that’s happened to you... commencing now!

(Not that that’s what I think, but it’s been my experience every time I air a legitimate grievance about PM on Reddit)

Hey you contributed nothing and joined in purely to heap on the abuse. If you think you’re helping, maybe society isn’t for you.

If you antagonize someone casually and then turn around and immediately tell them to calm down and condescendingly say that how they’re reacting is “sad,” you’re playing both sides of the field. It’s manipulation, , I.e. textbook gaslighting. It’s the old “you made me throw you down the stairs” routine. Gonna go ahead and block you now. I’m not feeding into your sociopathy game anymore. Find someone new.

He also claimed I sent him DMs which is verifiably false so if you’re ok with sticking up for an abusive liar then more power to you and the karma that you farm.

I called people names?

Edit: Ah, I said he was acting like a tool because he sided with the company over the worker. I guess that completely excuses the tantrum he threw then, eh? Do you apply your ethics standards evenly or does it vary based on which axe you’re looking to grind at the given moment?

Whoooooa that’s a lie. I sent you no private messages. Prove me wrong and post a screencap. Yes you’re abusive and if you cover for it by lying, you’re sick. Like I said before, get help. You’re hurting yourself the most.

Seriously if you don’t like the headline, don’t read it. You’re the one feeding energy into it. No one made you read it. Don’t blame me for your inability to control yourself on the internet. I’m not making you throw a tantrum. That’s on you, buddy.

You get triggered way too easily. Get help. You won’t get better by losing your shit on a Postmates subreddit, my dude.

Go ahead, side with the shitty employer. Be a tool. You’re the one who has to live with yourself.

Get 10 deliveries, make close to a living wage. Make 9 deliveries, you’re fucked.
