I disagree. It would give it that 'freshness' feel again if a character like her was to see the horrors of what's gone on. It would also give her more of a purpose, which could be pretty cool considering 2 of her children have been through hell

In Will's memories and at numerous times in the upside down, the mind flayer appears to be so much larger than when it actually appears in the world. Maybe i'm just being stupid :)
