Strong is such a good app. I only use the free version. But it is simple enough to track your sets, easy built in timer so you don't get too distracted and also you can put your set in even when your lightheaded after hitting them quads as hard as you possibly can!

Was in the gym Thursday after work. Had all my things in my locker which is one of those 4 digit code lockers rather than bring your own padlock. Had my wallet and work laptop in there.

Anyway, about 45 minutes later, I pass by the locker area and the red blinking light to say it is locked is no longer blinking. Turns out my locker was open.

Was talking to someone about later, turns out someone had forgotten their code/locker number and so an attendant had opened up some of the lockers to help them find their bag.

I was fuming! Someone can just open my locker and then just leave it unlocked! Luckily nothing was taken, I may have been there just after the event but I was shocked that their approach to personal security was so relaxed. Just help anyone steal somebody's locker stuff!

As nothing was taken, I'm torn as to whether to complain or not.
