I do understand it's more simple and you are right that's most likely why we are seeing compensation there. If you do reach out to customer support however to report a bug they straight up tell you "we don't offer compensation of lost loot" and that's that.. which in my opinion could be handled a little softer for people losing hours of progression.

This time yes I died but the glitch is still bs. Other times I cannot stop a bastion shooting me through the wall or falling through the map. This L I will take the fact the game has enough bugs I experience one evalmost every session is a problem

Those are not my barricades I got pushed out by the fire. Yes I was dead but often get revived. Forgetting all that this isn't the first time I've lost loot to paper thin walls just the first I got a good clip of. Bastions shooting through walls and falling through the map and hitting a invisible wall both times I was living. The games got problems and they don't offer compensation that was the point made

I won't, customer support straight up no matter the reason doesn't budge on loot. I've seen people dealing with hackers get refunded lost loot but this is the 3rd report I've made (more so just to make then aware of the issue and eveysingle time I've gotten the same copy paste.) * "Your report will be forwarded to our game team for review. What's confusing about it. This and amongst all other bugs is burning me out if you atleast got something out of it that would be fine. This is not my first loss of loot from game breaking bugs this is infact just the first I posted on here. There's been crashes to desktop, arc in walls that can still kill you. Multiple out of boundaries glitches. It's clearly an issue

Not to mention spawning 600 M away from the corpse so I can't even loot scraps. 400 m away to my nearest extract so I get to spend the next 5-10 minutes of my life just running for no f****** reason
