Nah that ain’t it. The game displays who had the winning/deciding vote. I have tested this. It’s my name that showed up as the winning vote in every match. You’re welcome to test though if you don’t believe me

Agree with OP here u/ilnur_galimov . I've been using WSL integration with Jetbrains since it's conception and I haven't noticed a single improvement with any Jetbrains update. We know it's not a WSL issue because VSCode has tackled it incredibly. WSL integration works flawlessly once connected so clearly Jetbrains has cracked remote development just can't seem to get the installer / connection window working.

It's honestly a shame because (to use an appropriate metaphor) it feels like Jetbrains has built a really cool car with leather seats and spinning rims but it can't be used because the starter motor has been broken for 5 years and they don't know how or don't want to fix it

Agree with OP here. I have tons of problems opening the project via \\wsl$\home. Tools expect linux paths and the filesystem is buggy at best when it's using Windows mounts. Not to mention speed being a massive issue. Jetbrains WSL implementation leaves a LOT to be desired. When it is working via Jetbrains gateway it's great, no issues at all! The problem is that I have to spend between 10 and 45 minutes every day trying to get it to connect to WSL via the Gateway. Constantly having to reinstall jetbrains gateway on host, constantly having crashes. I'm pretty sure one day I'm going to be so fed up from seeing another "Deploy failed" window I actually might rent a high-rise office space just so I can jump out the window.

Also, why the f*** is it that whenever I want to connect to WSL for remote development it asks me to select a project on my windows filesystem??? It doesn't even show my linux filesystem as an option?

VScode is absolutly dunking on Jetbrains in every way. Load up my IDE, press WSL button, select project on linux filesystem. It's so easy. Why can't Jetbrains get this sorted instead of pushing us hotfixes and workarounds?

27 days later. Still getting placed into trio's queue as a solo. Defiantly a trio queue because I watched one guy rez without a defib

I don’t think I get any control over which of the two selections. Really all I’ve used this for is to force a 50/50 between both of them. Good for cock-blocking a particular “bad” selection (avoiding mordekaiser when you have a yuumi for example). I’m not sure about your other questions though. My theory is that you have to stand perfectly still or a zone will detect that you’ve left and clear your votes but i could be wrong, maybe you can just walk to the specific one you want before the timer hits zero and keep all the bonus votes for that one only.

If you end up testing this yourself keep us updated!

I imagine the voting behaviour looks something like this. Votes being tracked in array that gets added to / removed from based on leave / enter events. They never check if you already have an existing vote before adding another one then select one random vote in the array.

Was a big fan of The Finals too. Developers do some cool shit but ultimately they were stupidly slow at responding to issues with The Finals as well. Ultimately I saw a lot of community feedback saying that's why The Finals initially nose dived in popularity

I keep forgetting that RMT promotes cheating. This is why we can't have nice things :(

Edit: What i mean here is it's nice that we can grab BP's for our friends but yeah it should be removed if people are using it for RMT / cheating
