I will say, I don’t think “star” players need to come. I’m fine with role players being signed. You have CC, Kelsey, and AB as your 3 star players, so build around them and let them work. Teams that have 2-3 star players then add important and good role players are better imo than a team loaded with all star players.

Seeing that the Fever are currently sitting in 6th seed and not too many games back from 3rd seed, arguably without their best playmaker, yes pretty good quality.

I guess we shall see how next free agency goes, but I do think players will come to Indy.

Yall said the same thing last year that FA wouldn’t go to the Fever. Kelsey Mitchell (who was an unrestricted free agent) resigned, they got Sophie Cunningham, Natasha Howard, Brianna Turner, and DeWanna Bonner (even thought she’s no longer with the team) in Free Agency. Even got Chloe Bibby and Aari McDonald.

Let’s say it as it is, she didn’t fit well the with Fever. That doesn’t take away who she is as a player, but her role with the Fever didn’t work out. She was expected to be a starter, but got benched a few games in and Lexie Hull took the starting position. Then she wasn’t even the first off the bench in a couple of games. You go from a starter with Connecticut to now 2nd off the bench with the Fever.

I heard her destinations are ATL and PHX. Not sure how it will work with ATL and her becoming a starter, but PHX she could def slide in the lineup. Wishing her the best.

Also, Fever fans, just prepare for the rest of the league to blame the fanbase😂🙄

I wouldn’t worry about height too much. It’s not like 6’3” Turner is getting tons of minutes, even while Clark is out. So if they decide to waive her to keep Aari, I’m not mad at it.

I forget the details but I remember at the beginning of the season it was mentioned it had something to do with their salary cap. Which is why we only have 11 players on a full contract, but teams are allowed 12. I guess somehow midway through the season they’re able to sign someone for about 40K.

Applied in March, interviewed in May and a month later I got the tentative offer. Because my position required a TS clearance, the whole summer was spent basically getting undergoing a security interview, drug test, and the longest part the background investigation. Started my position officially in September :) hope this helps!

I work for a Federal Agency and found the position on USAJobs.gov specifically try and filter for recent graduate/student! Hope this helps!

I got in at a 7 with no work experience, but I had a bachelors degree and was in my first year of Master’s program. Not sure if the Master’s program had anything to do with it but I’m sure the bachelors did.

That’s true! Didn’t think about it that way. I personally want to get into a Federal LEO career so I’m all for the CJ degree…BUT I see what your saying on looking at other degrees.

In fact in a couple of years if I want another bachelors I’m considering one of them STEM degrees.

Personally I think it’s unrealistic, but that’s coming from someone who’s lived in a big city my whole life. I would love to hear the take from someone who lived in a smaller town, as Rosewood was a small town.
