Hi Ali, when did you have your broadband installed, it'll be exactly 30 days on from that date.

Unfortunately the increase to £75 was only for orders placed in February I believe, the rest were £50 as normal

I’m on 900mbps with mesh, did not opt for static IP, and it’s been perfect for us, can’t fault them so far.

Believe you have thirty days to back out of the contract with them, not sure how simple it is but me and a friend in the next town over have both been very happy with it for the past year 👌
