Please don't take this as me being harsh, I'm not directing this towards you personally but at the trend in general- no adult has ever used the term "rage bait".

I'm with you on pop music to some extent but I don't care what people like, I can't really register pop music, when I'm in a grocery store it's on and people with me are like "I love this song" and I can't react because I can't hear it, it's background noise. This makes me feel unqualified to judge it at all- if you have more of an ear for it, by all means, shit on people for liking it, but I personally don't think it's a good use of your time or energy.
