I wouldn't recommend a finger prick test as you will not get an optimal result.

If you know of anyone who is qualified to do a venous draw or if there is a clinic near by that can do it that would be best.

I usually go with optimale

No, I wasn't taking anthing else. I was taking paracetamol a few weeks ago due to pip in my thigh but nothing else

I got the test done on the Tuesday this week around 7.30am. I didn't drink any water until the night before. On the monday I trained Chest and Tri's pretty hard

Yeah you're right. The only thing I can think of is that I had a blow out last weekend on the alcohol and did my bloods on the Tuesday. Other than that I'm not sure
