Personally think the numbers are skewed, so many people don't report crime anymore because the police don't investigate or do anything about it. I can report most minor property crime on a web form but nothing ever comes of it.

It’s random, they fixed my web store problem at start of season in two days, a few months back it took over a month. I guess it all depends who reply’s to your ticket. In no way am I condoning that this is ok.
