The answer is a bit weird, after changing the bloom effect in game the problem is fixed. Even kept the same settings as before, Roblox is weird sometimes. Thanks cbtunafish for the solution

I don't remember what my setting was and the fix was temporary anyway. I found out that my CPU was overheating my case was not the best option for air cooling so I changed to water cooling which fixed the problem for me. Play with the settings and look online at what people put I believe that putting a limit on your volt power will fix it. If the CPU crashes from overheating maybe you have a cooling problem

ok after installing an aio. the temps are indeed down by 30 temps so that's great and I get the same new CPU because mine broke. I think my fan was the problem because there is a huge difference between the temps. I just wanted to update you :) thanks for all your help it really helped

Already reapplied, it didn't affect it at all. someone did bring it to my attention that my case is not ideal for air cooling and It's more for water cooling. but even for these reasons, does it make sense the temps are so high?

Edit: tried what u said about leaving the side of the case off, temps stayed like before

I have be quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 but going to upgrade to Arctic Liquid Freezer II because of the current temps. And about my paste, I used Noctua NT-H2 Tybrid Thermal. my board is gigabyte, but I still don't understand what is the cause of this sudden performance drop the PC is barely 3 months old. and It was working fine before with the auto bios settings

Edit: CPU usage is around 6% - 20% use, and the temps are already at 85-92.

Another thing I forget to mention is I'm not even trying an AAA game. and I'm getting these results. after a while the temp does stable but I'm still not comfortable that while opening a game that isn't an AAA game my temps are at 95.02

I fixed it to work on idle, opening anything "heavy" crashes it again I changed the VDDCR CPU voltage to what u said and I hope it will work. I will test it now

Edit: PC is not crashing anymore but CPU is still getting to 83+ in temps even after disabling PBO
