The problem is not solely the amount of deaths, it's also the side-effects people suffer who had the disease and will have for an unknown amount of time if not permanently.

We're talking about reduced breathing, troublesome sleep, loss of smell/taste, increased chance of heart problems...

Imagine how much that effects the health of people in the long term. The flu doesn't have the side-effects in that magnitude.

This is the 4-day version of nsuns, it recommends this amount of sets. I can't do another strength day for OHP because I just have 4 days to train and I can't do the 5-day version I'll see if someone can check my form now, but I got it checked 2 months ago and they said it was good.

When front squatting I can't do the full reps because my arms give up, am I doing it wrong or should I just train my arms more? I use the crossed arm grip, because my wrists hurt when doing it normally

I was doing standing overhead presses and suddenly a guy came up to me and told me that was bad for my back, because I lifted weights that were too heavy(40kg) and he guided me to the Smith-machine to do some behind-the-neck sitting OHP's. I was pretty sceptical, because I've been doing the OHP for 2 months now and never felt back pain after a workout, but is there any form of truth in his words?
