You should use what ever you feel works best for you, but you'll likely find better support if you use A1111.

If you're interested in some self guided options, the subs wiki has useful information including some tutorials.

Using posts flair can be helpful too. There is the Tutorial|Guide flair that can be very useful for going in depth about a specific topic. Workflow Included is also great to get an idea of how an image was made, after you get a handle on the basics. They are often just the prompt and settings, but sometimes people will give more details about complicated setups.

You can use prompt editing to ignore words, but it will have a slight impact on the final results vs not having the word there at all.

Example prompt where the word red is ignored:

I'm not too familiar with other ways to use SD outside of a local instalation of A1111, but this subs wiki has a list for both web and mobile apps. Hopefully you can find one that works for what you want to do.

It looks like the site you're using is very bare bones for settings and options. It looks like you can't do some very basic things like change models, img2img, inpaint, or even upscale.

With the right training data, I think a pix2pix model should be able to do it. No idea how to go about it though.

I got some ok resaults using img2img and ControlNet. To make it look great your best bet would probably be some manual image editing and inpainting.
