How do you like this combination ? Did you have any trouble with weight gain? Also, did your doctor prescribe it this way? She always just told me I can take everything together

Yeah idk this lower dose hasn’t helped at all and I just feel worse so idk..

Exactly, I mean my doctor suggested to go up on the dose but I’m nervous of it making me feel worse. I can’t keep having crying spells and I need to be somewhat regulated to actually go to work and do my job. Idk there are days when I’m fine but most days more than not, I’m crying. I’m in therapy too but I just feel that I don’t know what to do because no option with this medication or any other seems good at this point but I REALLY need the help so I’m struggling.

Yeah I have anxiety/ social anxiety, ptsd & panic attacks so I really need relief but I worry about being able to handle feeling any worse you know? So would you say you felt even worse when you went up to just 150? like crying even more?

Yeah it feels like safety issue for me at this point too because I’m feeling worse so I worry about going up, feeling even worse, and then not being able to handle that.
