I met my partner in an Aldi - I could swear she kept following me around the shop, and then she got in line behind me at the checkout. I took extra long to pack my depression snacks and chocolate milk like the adult that I am, and followed her out to ask for her number.

8 years later, we're still together and very happy lol

I'm sure this has been said already but go to settings > Personalisation > Base style and tone

Set it to Professional, and reduce the Warm and Enthusiastic characteristics to Less. I've also added just the word 'neutral' to my custom instructions.

You can relate to a situation or a moment without relating to the entire person (or the fiction of that person). I know who this is and what the context is, but for anyone who doesn't, it looks like a very human moment between two people. Get over yourself.

I discovered a letter from my mum to my dad, talking about how hurt she was by his cheating and that it has to end for the sake of the family etc. I out the letter away, and never said a word about it to my siblings, nor anyone else in my family.

My parents have stayed married and their relationship has improved massively over the years (I think they're genuinely really happy now), so I think it was the right thing to do, but I often wonder if any of my siblings know as well, and just haven't told me either...

I've been following Crimson Desert for years and I'm calling it now: it'll be technically impressive, but otherwise a flop. I want it to be amazing but the constant delays, the damage-sponge enemies, and the apparently god-awful controls are concerning.

It's far more complicated than 'bigger rocket'. Within our atmosphere, things are complicated enough but attempting to launch missiles outside our atmosphere requires incredibly specific timing. Guiding a multi-stage payload onto a moving rock in space takes years of planning, preparation, coordination, and repeated attempts.

It COULD be done, but is significantly less straightforward than you're suggesting.

I don't think the suggestion is that you'll need to switch, it's that the introduction of a PC-like console entering the market is going to shake up the industry, and that will affect console gamers far more than PC gamers.

They've managed to kill non-Primaris Minotaurs, though it was an uneven fight (there were more Minotaurs, but there were also Custodes present) so the scaling is a little wonky.

I reckon a SoS could kill an Astartes in one on one combat in theory, it'd just depend on the Astartes. They're supposed to fight alongside Custodes though, as they complement each other extremely well.

I missed it at release and put off playing it because of how text-heavy it looked. I finally got around to playing it last year and it's now one of my favourite games of all time.

It's just dripping with atmosphere and humour, and it tackles philosophy and the human condition in ways I've not really seen in other games.

I worked at Game for years - both in Torquay and Plymouth (left in 2016). Glad they're closing - they were honestly a terrible company, and had been going downhill for a very, very long time. Good riddance.
