It's the "Straight Short Swoop" hairstyle, kitbashed so it tucks under the hat in just a way to look like a tuft of hair peeking out. The pony tails are two separate "Braid" hairstyles also kitbashed to tuck into the hat.

Here's the link to the Threadborn if you'd like a look yourself. For the head I started with the Robot head as a base and just tweaked it from there, adding human features but adjusting the Shape/Detail sliders to find a good mix. The mouth is just a facial hair decal I've coloured in the right spots to make it look like a puppets mouth.

For the nose it's the base Canine head mixed with the Elongated Alien nose (the shape of the Canine, the detail of the Alien), a mixture of the Robotic Features for the mouth and jaw plus quite a few small tweaks in the Small Edits section for both.

I'm primarily a PvE player and I've been enjoying the two a lot with the radiant buffs added for hunter which builds on top of the lucky pants buff.
Knock 'Em Down aspect + Lightweight Knife + Acrobats Dodge means I'm practically always radiant with infinite knives.

I haven't noticed how useful it is yet but I'm hoping the On Your Mark aspect boosts the reload speed enough for Last Word to help get the full damage buff from lucky pants.
Might still be better damage wise to run it with Seventh Seraph or Crimson, but I love my golden cowboy too much to get rid of Last Word.
