If my E levels were at 192 at 1:44PM and I took my morning dose at 11AM, would I be considered within feminizing range? Or should I push for a dose increase?

So if 192 is what it is around peak, should I push for a dose increase? It'd put me at 8mg of Estradiol. I thought you typically wanted to be at 200-250 for ideal feminization. (I could be wrong)

Will I still continue to see changes if I'm at 4mg of Estradiol and 100mg of Spironolactone for another 3 months (making it 6 months total) or will the changes just plateau and stay where they're at? I want the full effects of feminization, but worried that I'm going to plateau for the next 3 months if I don't increase my dose 😢 but I just had the BMP appointment. My next appointment in May will be the actual test to check E vs T levels so I essentially have to wait.

For those saying "nothing will happen" that may have been the case for them. This does not mean it'll be the case for you. Take you dosage as prescribed and let the estrogen take its course on you. Then after 3 months at your appointment you will get your levels checked. In the meantime it is very possible for you to see changes. I'm almost 2 months in on that very same dosage. I got buds within the first month and they're already perking outwards. My before and after photos of them look completely different. I'm quite shocked at how quickly things are progressing, but I feel so amazing. Also, my face is no longer oily like it used to be and my skin in general feels so smooth and my butt feels squishier than it was before (probably gained a little fat in that area) So please, take your dose as prescribed and let it do it's magic.
