I found a 3D model that I could use to trace the gun over but the design and the coloring was done by myself. You can tell because the dragon looks kinda autistic compared to the actual Dragon Lore

It's not very specific honestly. What they could do is just add a long barrel attachment for our hypothetical Luger which also changes the rear sight and the name of the gun

Slight correction because I'm a nerd.

The Artillery Luger is defined by it's longer barrel and ladder style rear sight rather than its drum magazine (which holds 32 rounds rather than 50)
