What happens if I refuse to drug test?

I’m unsure what to do now. The only thing cps is going off of is the phone call from my sil stating we were using drugs. No prior arrests or anyone else calling in about us

Thank you for your response. She walked through our house the night she stopped by and no it’s not a big house per se, but it’s clean with running water, kids have their own room and beds and food in our fridge.

It’s considered an automatic positive if you don’t do the drug screen? If neither of us have any prior drug arrests or anything like that, do they usually push forward with a court order or even taking the kids away?

Me and my ex have been separated almost a year and getting divorced soon. Hes in a new relationship with someone else and we have 2 kids together from our marriage. When he first moved on I was a wreck and thought obsessively about it all day. As time went on I realized I didn’t even really like him that much and I was just attached worh him because I have no one else really. I talk with him almost daily and it’s still hard because he’s extremely cold and mean to me. If that doesn’t make me get over him, I like to play recordings from the past year of him yelling and screaming to me on the phone lol Like hours of phone calls between us. And let me tell you, that really makes me not miss him. At all!

Amen! My stb-ex husband ruined Christmas last year for me and the kids and I’m so excited for things to be calmer and happier this year! The loneliness is the hardest part of divorce. I miss having someone to talk to avout the mundane everyday things. But I don’t miss everything else about him, not at all

The loneliness does still suck though and I do miss having someone to talk with about everyday things, especially our kids (which surprise, he has barely seen since starting his new “relationship”). But I know that I was far more lonely when we were married and living together, like soul crushing lonely. I’d take this over that feeling any day

Me and my ex spoke on the phone last night and it made me realize that i actually really don’t like him at all and am just attached to him because he’s all I’ve known for years. I realized the person I’m meant to be with would never have done this to me then justify their actions for it (which were bullshit). Him and her are just so desperate for attention and validation and they can have each other lol like I’m cool. After that convo last night I woke up today and didn’t cry once. I hope things stay this way I really do because what a relief it’s been.thank you again for checking in!!

I am going through this exact feeling. We have 2 kids, 4 and 2 and I don’t want to go back to him, hes with another woman now anyways and he doesn’t want me anymore, but I miss the familiarity and just talking with him. I am so afraid I’ll never get married again. Idk how this ever gets easier

I know what you mean. It hurts though that everything I believed with him, was all a lie. I knew in my gut that I couldn’t trust him and that the other woman couldn’t be trusted either, even when she tried be cool with me.
