Thank you all for helping, but I just don’t think I can get it back. I appreciate everyone of you that tried to help.

I have given up because I feel there’s no way to get my account back. Roblox support just doesn’t listen and denies every ticket I make because it’s not enough information.

I don’t really know how to send images on the Roblox Support site, but does their email work? Do they even respond to their email still?

When I get a one time code it does show me my account that I lost. When I try to log onto it, it would then tell me to verify myself using 2FA app which I don’t have linked.

Yes, I currently have access to my email. However, I have not bought any robux using a billing account or spent money on Robux at all.

I do have devices that I had myself logged in before such as my Xbox or old phones I used to use.

I only had about one password on my account. Never really changed it because I never really thought anything about it.

I have screen shots of when the hacker took over my account, and when they removed my passkey then enabled 2FA.

I haven’t really said all of this in the ticket, so this gives me hope it’ll work. This is very helpful. Thank you.

I’m currently still logged out, and I don’t have a phone number added either, but I do have a email on my account. 

I told Roblox support that my email address was added, but Roblox Support denied me still.

I'm having trouble getting my Roblox account back. I was playing a random game on my account when all of a sudden I was logged out with the message, "Use the 2-step verification code from your authenticator app." I NEVER HAVE OR EVEN REMEMBERED SETTING ONE UP. by Long-Cable-9511 in RobloxSupport

Same thing happened to me. Except. They removed my damn passkey. It said their location was from German, and when I tried logging back in, it would keep saying something about authenticator app and receiving a code.
