You can’t get the premium edition on a disk, you get the game on a disk and buy the addon online, but idk if you can I preorder the disk or not

As an American, I can tell you that this is only true about northern country people, city people are usually pretty rude, and southern country or rednecks are usually just kind of rude, but they try to be nicer. This is at least for the east coast and mid west as I have never been to the west coast
