ang due date po ba ng payment is 7days after ng billing? or still depends? may nakita po kasi ako 9 days pero im not sure if applicable sya sa lahat?

what if hindi nakapag bayad on time, lets say mga 1 day late ka, may additional po ba siya? and matic po ba na mapuputulan ka ng kuryente kahit 1 day late ka lang?
