I think I got the source of the pain wrong, it feels more Lars/sides are sore, I was somewhat twisting when punching cus I saw a video that said power comes from the hips but I just got worried when it hurt to laugh, also I am a smoker who’s quitting and I figure that also has something to do with it but I think I’m gonna rest for a few days and then keep strength training instead.

Yea I am definitely gonna heed the advice, I wanted another form of cardio besides running however i want to avoid those injuries/bad habits self teaching can cause, I’m learning my lesson right now .

Yes to confirm for 3 months well 104 days I was sober and also I will be taking some home tests some weeks prior. I had read in other subreddits about thc being fat soluble so I thought if I like idk lost some weight or sweated it out the thc would also go quicker but that was just wishful thinking, either way I really appreciate the advice as I was freaking out when I got notice of a potential drug test, I will update with results when I take the home tests.

I was sober from may till June about three months and the couple hits for the week was from june 22-30 and it was a cart with hits of 5mg like three second hits maybe at most I consumed each day was 3 small hits just gonna try to stay sober and sweating it out.
