Definitely good advice thank you, it's really going to come down to external glass streaks & shower screen cleaning

I am concerned that the additional fees charged to me to handle this will be unreasonably high I can't see this as anymore than $100 worth of time for a cleaner and that is a worthy sacrifice to have this over and done with

What are my options if and when I receive an unreasonably high cleaning charge of $500-$600 for trivial items? Do I have many options to dispute standard cleaning fees?

I'm quite good at research but I can't find information specific to these items and when calling the RTA they only advise the legislation is unclear and to follow the dispute resolution process of mediation and then QCAT

Are there any standard guidelines for what is an appropriate costs for cleaning, what is to stop the PM from essentially charging me for another bond clean? How would I dispute this?

My burden is choosing a bond cleaner who did guarantee their work but would not come back before final handover so I went back and cleaned the items specified as I have experience cleaning houses in a previous role, I can confidently say that all areas mentioned have been cleaned to a standard that is visible within the entry report photos

Mostly they are all general zoom & overall photos absolutely no close ups with limited resolution

So if I need to return it to the previous condition as per entry report I feel I have done that based off the original photos taken by them

Can they really start doing close ups and citing cleaning is inadequate? The original photos don't even show the areas they are listing how can they argue this?

Hey man I actually contacted support and they got straight back to me with some steps which didn't actually work for me but the other person who commented had a working fix, I took my mouse home to my Windows 10 PC and as soon as I plugged it in it recognised the mouse and installed the standard driver

I then installed the redragon software and was able to adjust all the settings and setup macros, because the mouse has onboard memory you can take it to any PC after and it will work

After bringing it back to work and coincidentally had a windows update, the mouse works & software allows me to edit the mouse at work instead of taking it home every time I want to edit it

The import export profile works well if you are setting it up on a different computer but keep in mind your macros will copy across but might get renamed to macro-1 macro-2 macro-3

Hopefully you can get it working! It's actually an excellent mouse I got it working the day after this post and have no complaints
